Management institutions in India are facing crisis in imparting quality management education. Infact, quality education has two facets: Quality Teaching and Quality Research. Both requires academic infrastructural facilities. Academic infrastructure are of two types: Hard infrastructure and soft infrastructure. Generally management institutes concentrate their attention in achieving hard infrastructure and mostly neglect the availability of soft infrastructure which is the need in the present global scenario. One should try to improve the status of soft infrastructure for competency, quality and success.
